Once a dispute has arisen, we can assist at any point – prior to litigation, mid-trial, during arbitration.

We build case theory by filling information gaps and providing insights which enable our clients to pursue a matter or defend their interests. Field may be asked to debunk claims, identify fabrications, profile witnesses and identify evidence to support our clients’ matter. Our meticulous open-source research and human source enquiries are supplemented by surveillance and forensic accounting as required.

In investigations and crisis situations, we work very closely with the client’s advisors – media and communications, specialist negotiators, security teams and overseas counsel. Field also has strong relationships with a global network of specialists and can provide introductions as necessary.
