Our Story
Field Intelligence’s founding partners have decades of experience in investigations, international diplomacy, finance and law. They have experienced first-hand the immense value that high-quality human intelligence brings to decision-makers. United by a shared belief that the rise of big data and artificial intelligence has enhanced the worth of quality human source-derived insights, they founded Field Intelligence in 2022.
Since our founding, Field Intelligence has completed hundreds of assignments for clients, including financial institutions, law firms, private equity firms, corporates, asset managers, family offices, NGOs and individuals. In every engagement, we remain committed to providing the most accurate and comprehensive insights to our clients.
In 2026, we opened our first overseas office in Singapore to better serve our Asian clients.

Anwar Darkazally
MANAGING PARTNER
Anwar graduated from Oxford and qualified as a lawyer with Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman) working in the corporate department in London. He then headed overseas to work mostly for the United Nations Department of Political Affairs across the Middle East and Africa for nearly 20 years. Anwar left the International Civil Service to work for a leading intelligence firm as Global Head of Investigations for three years before co-founding Field Intelligence. Anwar is also a fundraising patron of Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Gautham Radhakrishnan
CHAIRMAN
Gautham graduated with computer science degrees from Cambridge and Imperial before starting his career in finance at JP Morgan in London. After his MBA at INSEAD, he worked for 20 years in private equity with Warburg Pincus in London and the Tata Group in Mumbai. Gautham is an active investor and board member in Financial Services, Technology and Climate companies in the US, Europe and India and co-founded Field Intelligence. He is also a trustee of the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation.
Malik Anwar Deen
PARTNER
Malik is a senior policy alumnus of both the Singapore and New Zealand governments. He was the first non-lawyer in Singapore to be admitted as an equity partner at a top-tier law firm. Malik served as Managing Director for Southeast Asia at a leading global consultancy and currently chairs the Strategic Advisory Board of the International Fraud Group, specialising in global asset recovery and fraud investigations. He is also an honorary advisor to the boards of JA Asia Pacific and IMPROF.
